At Finesse Barber and Beauty, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and a luxurious experience.

To ensure clarity and a smooth process for all our clients, please review our terms and services below:

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

Appointment Booking: To schedule an appointment, please use our online booking system. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service.

Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit may be forfeited. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

SERVICE CHARGES

Master Professional Uncharge: Services performed by our Master Professionals will incur a $10 up charge. This fee reflects the advanced skills and expertise of our highly experienced staff members. IMPORTANT NOTE : Booking ANY service with Tykim will incur the $10 up charge!

Pricing: All prices are subject to change. The final cost of your service will be confirmed at the time of your appointment.

WALK IN POLICY

Yes! We welcome walk-ins and do our best to accommodate all clients who visit without an appointment. To ensure that your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable, please review our walk-in policy:

Walk-in clients are treated on a first-come, first-served basis. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we accommodate all clients fairly and efficiently. To avoid the wait times book on our website at ANY time!
Availability: Walk-in clients are accepted based on the availability of our stylists, barbers, and technicians at the time of arrival. Please note that scheduled appointments take priority, and there may be a waiting period depending on our current client load
Waiting time: While we strive to serve walk-in clients as quickly as possible, wait times can vary depending on the number of scheduled appointments and other walk-ins. We encourage you to check in with our receptionist upon arrival, and we will provide you with an estimated waiting time.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay the full cost of the service for future appointments.

ARRIVAL & LATE POLICY

Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary forms and to ensure a timely start to your service.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate our schedule. The full service fee will still apply. If your provider is late , please talk to our management so we can accommodate clients accordingly.

PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted Payments: We accept various payment methods including cash, apple pay, credit/debit cards, and gift cards. Please note that we do not accept personal checks.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Return Policy: We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 10 days of purchase. To return a product, please provide a receipt and ensure that the product is in its original packaging.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Responsibility- Please keep track of your personal belongings. Finesse Barber and Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen items during your visit.
